As I explained in a previous post, I developed and executed all social media strategy, blogger and press relations, as well conducted all on-camera interviews for the Red Innova conference held in New York City on November 8-9.
While the 2012 Red Innova New York conference was conceived as a very exclusive event limited to under 250 live participants to maximize networking opportunities, my client’s goal was executing a Social Media plan and communications strategy that would take the message of the event as far and wide as possible.
After compiling and measuring the success metrics surrounding the conference, the social media and digital strategy I developed with Red Innova drove over 14MM impressions via Twitter and engaged a global following of over 280K unique online visitors during the two days of the event and its webcast – without using any paid media. (Word of mouth, public and blogger relations, and viral shares ROCK!)
